Reviewing Liquidator Panel

Overview

ASIC is seeking to establish a new panel of registered liquidators who are prepared to accept appointments as reviewing liquidators under section 90-23 of Schedule 2 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Act). This grant opportunity is part of the Assetless Administration Fund (AAF) grant program which contributes to ASIC’s outcomes of promoting market confidence and integrity in the corporate insolvency regime and combating illegal phoenix activities and serious misconduct.
