Community Batteries for Household Solar Program - Delivery of Election Commitments Stream 2

Overview

This grant opportunity will deliver community batteries to support lower electricity bills and emissions, support storage of excess solar energy, and reduce pressure on the grid. It complements the Community Batteries for Household Solar - Stream 1. The aim of this stream (Stream 2) is to install, connect and operate community batteries in certain locations. Only one community battery can be installed in each location and the Government has identified specific organisations to deliver each community battery. Eligible organisations and associated locations can be found in the grant opportunity guidelines. Eligible organisations will be contacted and invited to submit an application
