2020 HammondCare International Dementia Conference Sponsorship

Overview

The purpose of this grant opportunity is to sponsor the 2020 HammondCare International Dementia Conference (the Conference) to target aged care workers and health professionals in community, residential or hospital settings. The Conference will be delivered in a virtual format and will reach health care professionals and leaders in dementia care from across the world. Access to online conference materials and key note presentations will be available for 30 days following the conference and Key note presentations will be delivered in an interactive format with sessions available on an on-demand basis. The Conference is an opportunity to promote engagement with the aged care workforce to improve dementia care across all settings.
