GO2876- Primary Health Networks Program - Primary Mental Health Care Funding

Overview

The Primary Mental Health Care Funding grant opportunity provides funding for the following priorities: * low intensity mental health services; * early intervention services for children and young people; * psychological therapies for people in under-serviced and/or hard to reach populations; * primary mental health care services for people with severe mental illness; * suicide prevention; and * Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander mental health services. The activities in this grant opportunity contribute to the achievement of the Department of Health’s Portfolio Budget Statement Outcome 2, Health Access and Support Services, specifically Programs 2.1 Mental Health and 2.2 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health. The grant also contributes to the achievement of the 54 performance indicators across the key priority areas in the Framework.
