Indigenous Australians Health Programme Tackling Indigenous Smoking Regional Tobacco Control Grants (2023-24 to 2025-26)
Department of Health and Aged Care
Overview
The purpose of this grant is to fund delivery of eligible Tackling Indigenous Smoking (TIS) activities from 1st July 2023 to 30th June 2026. The available funding will be targeted to ABS Indigenous Regions 2021 (IREG). Funded organisations are required to take a preventive population health approach that effectively achieves the required reach to all First Nations people within the IREG which they service. Funding will only be offered to the one organisation per IREG that is assessed as the most suitable applicant to lead the delivery of the TIS program in that IREG. This is a targeted competitive grant opportunity. Only applications from eligible organisations listed in the Grant Opportunity Guidelines will be considered.
