Overview

The Drug and Alcohol Review (DAR) is the official journal of the Australasian Professional Society on Alcohol and other Drugs (APSAD). It is the only professional journal covering the alcohol and other drug (AOD) field which is produced within Australia and represents an important source of information to clinicians, researchers, policy makers, and drug and alcohol service administrators. The purpose of this grant opportunity is to support the commitments that underpin the three pillars (demand, supply and harm reduction) of Australia’s National Drug Strategy 2017-2026 through building and increasing access to the AOD evidence base and evidence-informed practice and innovation. Funding for the DAR will facilitate the online publication of multi-disciplinary original scientific research in the AOD field, both within Australia and worldwide.
