Emergency funding for Thamarrurr Development Corporation to enhance security at the aged care facility

Overview

The purpose of the grant opportunity is to fund Thamarrurr Development Corporation (TDC) to increase critical security measures at Wadeye aged care home to ensure the ongoing delivery of aged are services during a period of escalating violence in the community of Wadeye.  The objectives of the grant opportunity are to: support the aged care service provider to continue to provide high-quality, culturally safe aged care services, and  address the critical need for enhanced security measures required to protect the safety and wellbeing of care residents and staff and ensure the ongoing provision of critical age care services.  The intended outcomes of the grant opportunity are to: ensure the safety of aged care recipients and aged care workers  address the critical need to enhance security measures.  To view the grant opportunity documents, please select the red "Grant Opportunity Documents" button on the left-hand side.
