Diversity in STEM: Australian Diversity in Science Accreditation Framework (ADSAF)

Overview

The Australian Diversity in Science Accreditation Framework (ADSAF) grant opportunity will deliver an independent accreditation framework that supports organisations employing STEM workers in Australia to embed equity, diversity, and inclusion practices in their workplaces and increase the proportion of people from underrepresented cohorts engaging in STEM careers. This grant aims to drive cultural change in the vocational education and training (VET), higher education and research sectors (who are major STEM employers and educators) on equity, diversity and inclusion of underrepresented cohorts. ADSAF assesses institutions against their ability to demonstrate a solid foundation for eliminating systemic barriers to equity and diversity and developing an inclusive culture.
