Overview

A Queensland Government initiative to help home buyers after the purchase or construction of new dwellings in regional Queensland valued at less than $750,000.

Eligibility

Eligibility criteria include: - You must be at least 18 years of age. - You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident (or you're applying with someone who is). - You must be building or buying a new home. - Your contract to buy or build a brand new home must be dated between 4 June 2020 and 31 March 2021. - Your build (if owner-builder) must have started between 4 June 2020 and 31 March 2021. - The value of the home including land is under $750,000. - You must move into the new home as your principal place of residence within 1 year and live there continuously for 6 months. - The home is being bought or built in a regional Queensland area.
