Disability Support for Older Australians (DSOA)

Overview

The purpose of this grant opportunity is to enable current DSOA service coordinators and those who are eligible, to deliver select disability services to older Australians with a disability who are currently receiving DSOA funded supports and are unable to be supported by the in-home Aged Care system (Commonwealth Home Support Programme or Home Care Packages).  To view the grant opportunity documents, please select the red "Grant Opportunity Documents" button on the left-hand side.
